Skilled Nursing Care:
Management of feeding tubes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and other complex medical equipment.
Coordination of Care:
Collaborating with your child’s healthcare providers, including pediatricians, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Private Duty Nursing:
Dedicated, one-on-one nursing care tailored to your child’s medical needs, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and more.
Family Training and Support:
Education and training for family members to ensure continuity of care and safety at home.
Personal Care Assistance:
Support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
Developmental and Behavioral Support:
Guidance and assistance in fostering developmental milestones and managing behavioral challenges.
Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
Age Requirement: Children under 21 years old.
Quality Medical Necessity: Must require continuous skilled nursing care or personal care support due to a medically complex condition.
Medicaid Eligibility: Must be eligible for Medicaid and reside in Georgia.
Home Environment: Must have a safe and conducive home environment for in-home care.
